The Market Box is Far East Flora Market's flower subscription — a weekly or fortnightly delivery of fresh, seasonal stems, curated by our buyers straight from Singapore's wholesale flower market. No trips to the florist. No prep work. Just unwrap and place them into your favourite vase.
Every box contains approximately 18–20 stems, pre-conditioned and dethorned where applicable, and ready to go the moment they arrive at your door. What's inside changes weekly, based on what's freshest and best value in the market that week — the same way our buyers have been selecting flowers since 1965.

Delivery & Self Pick Up
Delivery Fresh flower subscription box from Singapore's flower market, delivered every Thursday island-wide across Singapore at a flat fee of S$17 per order; subject to prevailing GST. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11AM — or order by 11AM the day before to secure a morning slot (8AM–12PM).
Please note that delivery is not available on Public Holidays, or to certain restricted areas. During peak and seasonal periods such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery slots and timings may vary — please check our website or contact us for the latest availability. Delivery fees are subject to change during peak and festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
Self-Collection — Free of Charge Prefer to collect in person? Self-collection is available at our Thomson Road outlet. Please collect your order on Thursdays only and during the time slot stated on your order confirmation email.

Product Care & Natural Variations
Fresh flowers are natural seasonal products, and variations in colour, size and bloom stage are part of their unique beauty. Colours may also vary slightly from the actual product.
To help your flowers last longer:
Ensure your vase is clean before use
Remove any leaves below the waterline
Keep flowers in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and ripening fruits such as bananas and apples
Add flower food to the water to nourish stems and extend vase life
Cut stems at a 45° angle using a sharp knife or scissors
Change the water every 2–3 days, or when it turns cloudy
Re-cut the stems if the ends split or when flowers begin to wilt
Products & Return Policy
Our flowers are fresh and pack-to-order, so we do not accept refunds. If you have a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt — we are happy to arrange an exchange in store at our Thomson Road outlet, subject to stock availability.
For cancellations, please notify us before 11AM on your scheduled delivery day. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
As a wholesale flower supplier, we sell stems in their natural grower condition. We do not offer substitutions — what you see in the product listing is what you will receive.

When will my flowers be delivered?
All Market Box deliveries take place every Thursday. If you have chosen a weekly subscription, your box will arrive every Thursday. If you have chosen a fortnightly subscription, your box will arrive every alternate Thursday. Delivery charges apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do I need to do anything to prepare the flowers when they arrive?
Very little. Your stems arrive pre-conditioned and dethorned where applicable, so all you need to do is unwrap them, trim the stems at a slight angle, and place them into your favourite vase with fresh water. We recommend changing the water every two days and keeping your arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat to extend the vase life.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — we understand that life gets busy. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Please notify us at least 5 working days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Is the price the same for weekly and fortnightly deliveries?
Yes. The Market Box is priced at $38 per box regardless of whether you choose weekly or fortnightly delivery. Delivery charges are additional and will be reflected at checkout.
