Client Experience Officer
Full-Time | Far East Flora Market
At Far East Flora Market, we work closely with florists, event planners, businesses, and everyday flower lovers from all over Singapore. From wholesale flower operations to creative events and seasonal activations, no two days here are exactly the same.
We are looking for someone dependable, warm, and hands-on to join our team as a Client Experience Officer.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems calmly, and working in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers with enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-ins
- Coordinating orders and requests with internal teams
- Supporting daily sales and customer service operations
- Following up on delivery issues, replacements, and customer concerns
- Handling backend administrative coordination where required
- Supporting operations during peak seasons, activations, and events
- Helping maintain a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints
Who We Think Will Fit This Role

- Comfortable communicating with customers professionally and warmly

Operations Assistant (Pickers)
Full-Time/Part Time | Far East Flora Market
At Far East Flora Market, we support the daily movement of flowers and products across our wholesale operations, retail spaces, and online orders.
We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organised, and being part of the behind-the-scenes team that keeps daily operations moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking and preparing flower orders accurately
- Packing products for deliveries and customer collections
- Supporting stock replenishment and inventory movement
- Assisting with daily warehouse and operational duties
- Handling flowers and products with care
- Supporting operations during peak seasons and festive periods
- Helping maintain a clean and organised working environment
