Full-Time | Far East Flora Market

At Far East Flora Market, our online store is an extension of everything we do — from wholesale flowers and floral accessories to workshops, events and seasonal campaigns.

We are looking for someone organised, detail-oriented and proactive to join our growing e-commerce team.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has an eye for detail, and likes making sure customers have a smooth online shopping experience. You'll work closely with our operations, customer experience and marketing teams to ensure our website and online orders run seamlessly every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and updating product listings, pricing, descriptions and images across our e-commerce platforms.
Processing and coordinating online orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring online stock availability is kept up to date.
Working closely with the operations team to coordinate order fulfilment and resolve stock-related issues.
Responding to customer enquiries relating to online orders, deliveries and products through email, WhatsApp and other online channels.
Assisting with website updates, seasonal campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
Monitoring website content and identifying pricing, product or system discrepancies for timely resolution.
Preparing basic reports on online sales, order performance and inventory where required.
Supporting the continuous improvement of our online shopping experience.
Assisting with other e-commerce and administrative duties as assigned.

Who We Think Will Fit This Role

Comfortable using computers and learning new digital systems.

Prior experience in e-commerce, Shopify, retail or customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Full-Time | Far East Flora Market

At Far East Flora Market, we work closely with florists, event planners, businesses, and everyday flower lovers from all over Singapore. From wholesale flower operations to creative events and seasonal activations, no two days here are exactly the same.

We are looking for someone dependable, warm, and hands-on to join our team as a Client Experience Officer.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems calmly, and working in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting customers with enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-ins

Supporting operations during peak seasons, activations, and events

At Far East Flora Market, we support the daily movement of flowers and products across our wholesale operations, retail spaces, and online orders.

We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organised, and being part of the behind-the-scenes team that keeps daily operations moving smoothly.

Picking and preparing flower orders accurately
Packing products for deliveries and customer collections
Supporting stock replenishment and inventory movement

Supporting cashiering and daily retail operations
