At Far East Flora Market, we take pride in the quality and freshness of every product we supply. This page covers everything you need to know about the condition of our flowers on arrival, our minimum order policy, and what to do in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order.
Product Freshness & Quality
All fresh cut flowers at Far East Flora Market are imported directly from farms and growers across the world — including Holland, Malaysia, China, Ecuador and South Africa — and stored in Singapore's largest wholesale coldroom at Far East Flora Centre to maintain optimal freshness from arrival to your order.
We take care to ensure every order is picked fresh and packed to the highest standard. However, as with all living botanical products, natural variations in bloom stage, colour tone and stem condition are inherent to fresh flowers and do not constitute a quality defect.
Product Condition — What to Expect
Far East Flora Market is a wholesale flower supplier. Our flowers are sold in their original grower condition — not pre-arranged or retail-packaged. Please read the below before placing your order.
- Fresh cut flowers are supplied in their original grower packaging, with leaves, thorns (where applicable) and natural stems intact
- Flowers may arrive in bud stage — this is intentional, as bud-stage delivery extends your vase life and allows blooms to open naturally at their best
- Colours may vary slightly from product images due to natural growing variations and monitor display differences
- Foliage and filler flowers may include natural imperfections — this is normal for wholesale-condition botanical products
- We recommend trimming stems at an angle and adding flower food to your vase water immediately upon receipt
Minimum Order Quantity
There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) at Far East Flora Market. You may purchase a single bunch or as many as your order requires — all at the same daily wholesale price, regardless of the quantity ordered.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on fresh flower purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange in the event that you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by phone, WhatsApp or email
- Provide your order number and a clear photograph showing the condition of the product in question
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether an exchange is approved
- Approved exchanges must be brought in person to either of our retail outlet at 557 Thomson Road, 298181 Singapore
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of your visit

Refunds
Refunds are not offered as a standard return option. In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved by our team, we will process the refund within 14 days of approval of your request. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
