Delivery
We deliver island-wide across Singapore Monday to Saturday, at a flat fee of S$17 per order.
For same-day delivery, simply place your order before 11AM — or order by 11AM the day before for a morning slot.
Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or to certain restricted areas.

Fresh flowers are seasonal, natural products. Variations in colour, size and bloom stage are part of their natural character — each stem is unique.

To help your flowers last longer:

Ensure your vase is clean before use
Remove any leaves below the waterline
Keep flowers in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and ripening fruits such as bananas and apples
Add flower food to the water to nourish stems and extend vase life
Cut stems at a 45° angle using a sharp knife or scissors
Change the water every 2–3 days, or when it turns cloudy
Re-cut the stems if the ends split or when flowers begin to wilt

Our flowers are fresh and pack-to-order, so we do not accept refunds. If you have a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt — we are happy to arrange an exchange in store at our Thomson Road outlet, subject to stock availability.

For cancellations, please notify us before 11AM on your scheduled delivery day. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

As a wholesale flower supplier, we sell stems in their natural grower condition. We do not offer substitutions — what you see in the product listing is what you will receive.

No — there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) at Far East Flora Market. You can purchase a single bunch or as many as your order requires, at the same daily wholesale price regardless of quantity.

All our fresh cut flowers are imported directly from farms and growers around the world — including Holland, Malaysia, China, Ecuador, South Africa and many more sourcing origins. Flowers arrive at our facility regularly throughout the week and are stored in Singapore's largest wholesale coldroom, maintained at optimal conditions to preserve freshness and quality from arrival through to your order.

We deliver island-wide across Singapore from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 am. A standard delivery fee of $17 applies. Please refer to our Delivery Terms for full details on cut-off times and delivery zones.
