Product Substitution
Fresh flowers are subject to daily availability. If your selected flower, colour or variety is unavailable or does not meet our quality standards, we may substitute it with a suitable alternative of equal or higher value without prior notice.
Delivery
We deliver island-wide across Singapore, Monday to Saturday, at a flat fee of S$15 per order; subject to prevailing GST. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11AM — or order by 11AM the day before to secure a morning slot (8AM–12PM).
Please note that delivery is not available on Sundays, Public Holidays, or to certain restricted areas. During peak and seasonal periods such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery slots and timings may vary — please check our website or contact us for the latest availability.
Delivery fees are subject to change during peak and festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
Self-Collection — Free of Charge
Prefer to collect in person? Self-collection is available at our Thomson Road outlet. Please collect your order during the time slot stated on your order confirmation email.

Fresh flowers are natural and seasonal products, and availability may change daily. While we do our best to fulfil your order as shown, certain flowers, colours or varieties may become unavailable or may not meet our quality standards at the time of fulfilment.
In such cases, we may make a suitable substitution without prior notice or contacting you, using a flower or colour of equal or higher value where possible.
For flower gifts and arrangements, substitutions may be made to maintain the overall style, colour palette and aesthetic of the product.

To help your flowers last longer:
- Ensure your vase is clean before use
- Remove any leaves below the waterline
- Keep flowers in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and ripening fruits such as bananas and apples
- Add flower food to the water to nourish stems and extend vase life
- Cut stems at a 45° angle using a sharp knife or scissors
- Change the water every 2–3 days, or when it turns cloudy
- Re-cut the stems if the ends split or when flowers begin to wilt
Our flowers are fresh and pack-to-order, so we do not accept refunds. If you have a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt — we are happy to arrange an exchange in store at our Thomson Road outlet, subject to stock availability.
For cancellations, please notify us before 11AM on your scheduled delivery day. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
As a wholesale flower supplier, we sell stems in their natural grower condition. We do not offer substitutions — what you see in the product listing is what you will receive.
