Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the terms and conditions listed below shall apply to any purchases and orders made with FarEastFloraMarket.com. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between parties (including without limitation the Customer's Sales or Purchase Order), the terms and conditions listed here will supersede.

No variation of the terms and conditions listed shall be applicable to any purchases and orders unless explicitly accepted in writing by FarEastFloraMarket.com.

All displayed prices are inclusive of GST.


Our Delivery Guarantee

At FarEastFloraMarket.com, we guarantee that your order will be delivered on the same day - if the orders were made before 11am.

However, we will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:

  • The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
  • An incorrect address was provided.
  • No such person was at the given address.
  • No valid contact number was provided for FarEastFloraMarket.com to reasonably attempt to contact the recipient to make delivery.

Our friendly customer service representatives will assist you regarding the issue at hand. 



Can I choose to collect my order that was placed online?
Yes, all self-collection orders can be collected at 557 Thomson Road Singapore 298181. Please collect your order on the chosen date (that you selected during the check-out) on our open hours. During peak occasions, please adhere to our stipulated timings to avoid disappointment. If you would like to collect your order earlier than your chosen date, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at +65 6251 5151  and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. 


How much does local delivery cost?

The delivery fee within Singapore is chargeable (per trip) at $15 before GST.


What is your daily delivery schedule like? 

Monday to Saturday.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery? 

Most same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the table below for delivery timing specifics:

What are the different types of local delivery and their costs?

Do you deliver to Jewel Changi Airport? 

Due to security reasons, all deliveries to Jewel Changi Airport require a delivery permit. As such, the onus falls on the sender to notify Jewel Changi Airport’s security office and arrange the necessary paperwork, or notify the recipient to book a slot for the delivery. Should there be a non-delivery due to clearance issues, we regret to inform you that we will not be held responsible.


My delivery did not arrive within the hours requested. What should I do?

Sometimes due to technical glitches or bad weather, we may not be able to fulfill your delivery within the hours requested. If that happens, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] or call us at +65 62515151 so that we can rectify the issue.


I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We are very sorry and regret the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected] or call us at +65 62515151 so that we can proceed to rectify the issue.



Are there any penalties for canceling orders?

Cancellations made less than (24) hours before the requested delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total purchase price.


How do I submit a request to cancel my order?

Returns and Refunds
If your experience with us is less than perfect or we have slipped up and you would like to return and request for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +65 62515151


How long does it take to process a refund request?

We will issue a refund for your order within 14 days of receipt of your refund request.

  • All Airports, Cargo Complexes, and Air Bases
  • All Army Camps
  • All Shipyards, Ports, and Naval Bases
  • All Power Stations
  • Any other areas that may be added to this list from time to time. Our Customer Service Representatives will inform you when necessary.
